St Joseph, Michigan – The Melrose Aesthetic is thrilled to announce its official grand reopening celebration, marked by a ribbon cutting ceremony hosted by the Southwest Michigan Regional Chamber on Thursday, March 6th, at 12:30 p.m. The new renovated boutique practice, located at 403 State Street, Suite 3, Saint Joseph, MI 49085, has a fun afternoon of celebration, exclusive promotions, giveaways, and light refreshments planned.
Founded by Erica Kuhnlein, FNP-C, and Dr. Ryan Kuhnlein, The Melrose Aesthetic brings a unique, natural approach to medical aesthetics in the heart of downtown St. Joseph. Erica, a seasoned nurse practitioner with over 16 years of medical experience—half of which has been dedicated to aesthetics—is recognized for her advanced injection techniques, gentle hand, and commitment to achieving natural-looking results. She also serves as a national trainer and mentor in the field. Standing beside her as co-owner and Medical Director is her husband Dr. Ryan Kuhnlein, ensuring the highest standard of care for every patient.
The inspiration behind The Melrose Aesthetic stems from the couple’s deep roots in Southwest Michigan and their dream to bring their expertise home. After gaining valuable experience in both small boutique and large-scale aesthetic practices across West Virginia and South Carolina, Erica envisioned creating a warm, patient-focused environment that embraces positive aging, self-care, and confidence restoration.
“The name ‘Melrose’ is deeply personal to us,” says Erica. “It’s a combination of our daughters’ middle names—Melody and Rose—symbolizing our commitment to family and community.”
Since opening their doors 2 years ago, The Melrose Aesthetic has built a loyal clientele and a team of dedicated professionals who share the vision of celebrating natural beauty and aging with grace.
