The Southwestern Michigan Association of REALTORS® (SWMAR) is pleased to announce the appointment of Luke Jeffries as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.

Jeffries, with over a decade of experience in real estate and association management, has served as Chief Financial Officer for SWMAR since 2019. During his tenure, Jeffries demonstrated exceptional leadership in strategic planning, financial oversight, and member engagement, making him a natural choice to lead the organization into its next phase of growth and innovation.

Luke has been an integral part of our association’s success, and we are thrilled to have him take the helm as CEO,” said Lisa Wright Moore, 2024 President of the Southwestern Michigan Association of REALTORS®. “His deep understanding of our mission and vision, paired with his proven ability to drive results, will undoubtedly benefit our members and the broader community.

Jeffries holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and is a Certified REALTOR® Association Executive (RCE) and Certified Multiple Listing Professional. His background includes leadership in financial management, strategic initiatives, and technology enhancements that have positioned SWMAR as a leader in the real estate industry.
