Berrien Springs, MI — Community members and media are invited to join a special celebration for the grand opening of Wolf’s Prairie Playground, a one-of-a-kind, community-inspired space overlooking beautiful Lake Chapin.

Kick off summer with this fun, family-friendly event as we celebrate the newly built playground—something the Berrien Springs community has been eagerly anticipating all year. The event will feature a ribbon cutting ceremony, door prize opportunities, and a chance to explore the new playground while connecting with friends, families, and neighbors.
Each child attending with a parent or guardian, and each adult age 18 and over, will receive one complimentary door prize entry ticket upon arrival. These tickets may be submitted for a chance to win a variety of donated door prizes, including gift cards, locally curated maker baskets, and other community-sourced items.
Guests can also enjoy local food trucks and a lively, welcoming atmosphere as the community gathers to mark this exciting milestone. The celebration continues into the evening—attendees are encouraged to stay or return from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM for live music by Backwater Revival, adding to the festivities. What a great way to start the summer!
