Hello! My name is Cami Bacon and I am blessed to be employed by the Village of Berrien Springs, which is home to the famous Pickle Festival! As the Accounting Clerk for this municipality I am responsible for a large number of different tasks. My main areas of focus are accounts receivable, accounts payable, working side by side with auditors annually to ensure we are in compliance with the State's requirements and reporting the audit findings to the State of Michigan. The Village also owns and operates its own Waste Water Treatment Plant, Shamrock Park Campground and we also oversee the maintenance and repair of some of its own Village roads. We take pride in offering our residents a friendly and helpful environment to come to should they need our assistance.
