Benton Harbor, Michigan, June 8, 2022:
With the summer camping season now officially underway,  Mark & Karla Lemoine, of Fifth Level Hospitality, Inc., and their dedicated team are ready to serve  guests at the Coloma/St. Joseph KOA Holiday as they celebrate Kampgrounds of America’s (KOA)  60th Anniversary.

Started with humble beginnings in 1962, in Billings, Montana, KOA soon thereafter began to offer  franchises. The Coloma/St. Joseph KOA Holiday became part of the KOA system in 1974 and today  it is one of the top performing, award-winning locations within the largest network of privately-owned  campgrounds that include over 525 locations across North America. They offer guests consistency  in quality service and amenities, and are the most recognized name in outdoor hospitality.

Nationally there continues to be high interest in camping. In fact, over 19 million households started  camping in North America in the last two years. This interest was evident in 2021, when 40% of all  leisure trips were camping, and over half of all individuals included camping as part of their travel.

“Despite rising inflation and historically-high gas prices, we are still seeing strong demand for people  to be outdoors,” said Mark. “Our guests might not be traveling from quite as far, so we are happy to  be here for those who live more local. By camping close to home, we help people save on their  travel costs and are honored to be their outdoor get-away close to everything right here in  Michigan’s great southwest!”

At this time in the season, Mark states that weekend reservations will be hard to come by as they  are largely booked solid through Labor Day weekend. However, they still have availability during the  week (Sunday-Thursday) for all site types. If your plans are flexible or you’re still looking to explore something not so far away, couples, families or friends are invited to come celebrate and enjoy their  exceptional hospitality.

Fifth Level Hospitality, Inc., is locally-owned and operated by Mark and Karla Lemoine, and is doing  business as the Coloma/St. Joseph KOA Holiday. Located in Hagar Township, this southwest  Michigan family-friendly campground destination is the closest KOA campground to Lake Michigan  and offers guests 128 sites for tents, RVs, camping cabins, deluxe cabins and luxury “glamping”  tents. Amenities include an in-ground heated pool, jumping pillow, Gaga ball, Carpet ball, mini-golf, mining sluice, fun bike rentals, hammock haven, wooded nature trail, Café’ featuring Hunt Brothers  pizza and wings, Sherman’s Ice Cream and more.
