United Federal Credit Union Promotes Two to Director Roles to Start New Year
ST. JOSEPH, Mich. – United Federal Credit Union (United) announced the promotion of two current employees to director level positions in 2025.
Jenny Baker, Director of Deposit Operations
Jenny Baker has been promoted to Director of Deposit Operations. In her new role, she is responsible for overseeing the administration of Deposit Operations for the credit union, leading a team of Deposit Operations Analysts. Jenny will also lead a recently formed United Knowledge Center, overseeing a team of Operations Support Specialists.
Baker has been with United since 2011. She began her career as a Teller, before moving into the role of Operations Servicing Analyst, Member Sales and Service Center Manager, Operations Servicing Manager, and most recently United’s Consumer Deposit Operations Manager.
Matt Orlando, Director of Public Relations
Matt Orlando has been promoted to Director of Public Relations. In his new role, he will oversee the strategy, conceptualization and implementation of all public relations experiences and efforts within the Marketing team, including community impact across seven states.
Orlando started with United in 2014 as Creative Writer, before moving into the role of Broadcast Communications Coordinator, Marketing Communications Coordinator, and most recently, Public Relations Manager.
