Sturgis Bank is pleased to announce several promotions for team members headquartered in Berrien County.

Nicholas Barber has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Retail Sales Manager for the Sturgis Bank system. He joined Sturgis Bank in October 2020 as Branch Manager for the St. Joseph offices and was appointed manager of all Berrien County offices when the bank opened their Niles branch in 2022. Nicholas has over ten years experience in financial services management. He serves on the “NextGen” board of directors for the Southwest Michigan Regional Chamber of Commerce and as the Treasurer of the Berrien County Cancer Service.

In his new role, Nicholas will be responsible for overseeing all Sturgis Bank branch managers and effectively coaching them in building client relationships, providing stellar customer service, coordinating community outreach, and managing the business development efforts of the retail team.

Lucas Rogers has been promoted to Branch Manager of the two Sturgis Bank St. Joseph offices, downtown at the corner of Main Street and Broad Street, and at 3125 Cleveland Avenue. Lucas joined Sturgis Bank in November 2020 and has ten years experience in financial services and management. He holds an Associate’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and is a graduate of Lakeshore High School. 

Kylee Brady has been promoted to Branch Manager of the Sturgis Bank Niles Banking Center, located at 929 South 11th Street. Kylee joined Sturgis Bank in December 2021 and has twelve years experience in financial services and management. Kylee is a graduate of Buchanan High School.
