Michiana Volleyball is excited to announce a new partnership with CORTS, a performance apparel
company built specifically with the female athlete in mind.

Together, Michiana Volleyball and CORTS are looking to bring something new to the high school
tournament experience, connecting athletes and families with brands, activations, and opportunities
designed around them that go beyond the competition on the court.

“CORTS immediately made sense because their mission aligns closely with ours,” said Jim Ragosta Jr.,
founder of Michiana Volleyball. “We’re both looking for new ways to elevate volleyball, bring more
attention to the sport, and create the best possible experience for the athletes playing it.”

CORTS was created to address something missing in women’s sports: performance apparel designed
specifically around the fit, comfort, support, and functionality female athletes need.

The partnership will make its first appearance at the Slicer Invitational on Saturday, September 12 at
LaPorte High School, with tournament play beginning at 9 AM CT / 10 AM ET. Emma Halter, CORTS
Regional Sales & Marketing Representative, Indy Ignite professional volleyball player, and Texas
Volleyball alumna, will be on-site to represent CORTS and connect with athletes throughout the day.
The activation will also feature CORTS apparel, limited CORTS x Michiana Volleyball shirts, discounts,
and a giveaway.

The Slicer Invitational marks the first step in the partnership, with Michiana Volleyball and CORTS
looking to create additional opportunities that enhance the high school tournament experience and
support the volleyball community.
