Chief Experience Officer Jillian Wygonik of Competitive Edge, LLC has been named to Moody on the Market’s 40 Under 40 list, recognizing emerging leaders who are making a meaningful impact in business and their
communities.
Wygonik began her career at Competitive Edge as an intern and has since grown into her current leadership role. She earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Michigan State University and has developed a professional background spanning branded merchandise, business analysis and luxury residential design. Her
experience has shaped an approach to leadership grounded in operational knowledge, relationship-building and a focus on people.
Beyond her role at CE, Wygonik brings her creative perspective to interior design projects through her venture, Luxe + Linear, where she focuses on craftsmanship, thoughtful details and timeless design. She also remains engaged in community initiatives, including volunteer work and efforts supporting animal welfare, reflecting her commitment to making a positive impact both professionally and personally.
Wygonik credits the women in her family as important sources of inspiration throughout her career. Their examples of leadership, vision and commitment have shaped her approach to building opportunities for others. She remains focused on expanding Competitive Edge’s reach while continuing to contribute to the
company’s culture, client experience and future growth.
