Health Elevated Pelvic Health Therapy named a 2026 Micro Business of the Year by Michigan Celebrates Small Business

SAINT JOSEPH, MI – Health Elevated PLLC has been recognized by Michigan

Celebrates Small Business as a 2026 Micro Business of the Year. The honor will be

presented to Health Elevated at the 22nd annual Michigan Celebrates Small Business

Awards Gala on April 22nd .

 

Michigan Celebrates Small Business is a prestigious annual competition honoring small

businesses and their supporters. MCSB offers a platform for Michigan companies to be

recognized for their business endeavors and positive impact on the state’s economy.

The gala launched in 2004 and has become Michigan’s premier awards program for

small business. There have been over 1,200 companies honored at MCSB over the

past 20 years, including 950 second-stage companies recognized by the Michigan 50

Companies to Watch Award.

Health Elevated PLLC is redefining pelvic health care for women in Southwest

Michigan. As a concierge pelvic health occupational therapy practice, it provides direct-

access, personalized treatment for bladder, bowel, pelvic pain, and core concerns

across the lifespan. Founder Amy Underwood, OTR/L, created Health Elevated to

ensure women receive expert care that listens, educates, and delivers lasting results.

The Micro Business Award is designed to celebrate the successes of microbusinesses

but also to encourage ongoing innovation, community involvement, and inclusivity.

Awardees in this category are selected based on the following:

 

  • 1-9 employees or generating less than $500,000 in annual revenue
  • Has a positive company culture where employees are valued
  • Demonstrates a positive influence on the local community, either through
  • providing jobs, services, or by contributing to local causes.
  • Shows resilience in overcoming obstacles such as financial hardships,
  • competition, or market barriers.
  • Has a track record of strong customer satisfaction, supported by testimonials or
  • reviews.

 

This year’s celebration begins with the Small Business Summit and VIP reception on

Tuesday, April 21st, with a Capitol Day and black-tie awards gala on Wednesday, April
