Flowers Early Learning Recognized as a Program of Excellence by the  National Head Start Association 

Paw Paw, MI – Flowers Early Learning has been designated as a 2024 Program of  Excellence by the National Head Start Association (NHSA). This prestigious accreditation is  awarded to select Head Start and Early Head Start programs across the nation that  demonstrate outstanding commitment to providing high-quality services to children and  families. Flowers Early Learning is honored to receive this national distinction, which  reflects their dedication to Early Childhood Education in our communities.

"This accreditation is a testament to the hard work and  commitment of our team, who consistently strive to provide the best early learning and  comprehensive services to children and  families in Van Buren, Cass, and Berrien Counties." 

The Program of Excellence Accreditation is a nationally recognized mark of distinction that acknowledges exceptional performance in program management, child and family support, and community engagement. Over a rigorous three-month application process, Flowers Early Learning demonstrated its adherence to 44 Indicators of Excellence, encompassing leadership, effective management, fiscal stewardship, family partnerships,  staff development, and quality programming.

The NHSA's Program of Excellence Accreditation is valid for five years, during which  Flowers Early Learning will continue to celebrate this achievement with its staff, families,  partners, and the community. The program plans to host various events, recognize the  contributions of its dedicated staff, and share its success story through local media and  social platforms.
