Fernwood Summer Day Camp Registration Ends Soon
Niles, MI: Fernwood, in partnership with Starlight Studio, invites children to explore, restore, and express themselves in nature during this summer’s Art & Mindfulness in Nature Camp. Each day, campers will immerse themselves in mindful nature walks, engaging ecological learning activities, and reflective nature-based art making projects. Throughout their journey, campers will develop a deeper understanding of “self” in connection with the natural world and build confidence in experimenting and expressing their ideas in the art studio. All this while enjoying friendship, fresh air, and sunshine.
Sessions are for children ages 5 - 8 and 9 - 12 on June 22 - 24, July 13 - 15, or August 10 - 12.
Registration deadline is Tuesday, May 31. Caregivers may register children online at fernwoodbotanical.org/fernwoodcamps. Fernwood members receive a discounted registration fee and all camp participants receive a commemorative camp t-shirt.
