Director's Forum with Diana Densmore at the Box Factory for the Arts
ST. JOSEPH, MI - On Tuesday, September 26 at 5:30 pm, Diana Densmore will host a Director's Forum in the Barbara Willey Library, just off the Riverwalk entrance at the Box Factory for the Arts 1101 Broad Street. Come meet Diana and learn about the audition process, volunteer opportunities, rehearsal commitments, other crucial dates, and the play itself.

“Shutting Down Christmas” written by Berrien Artist Guild member Linda LaRocque and directed by Box Factory studio artist Diana Densmore will be presented in December on the Box Factory stage.

SUMMARY: What’s the point of Christmas if all the joy’s burned out faster than a string of lights? Santa and the Christmas Spirit sadly agree it’s time to close up shop. They have had it with greedy kids and the non-appreciative scourges of the world. They are shutting down Christmas. That's right, it's done. That is, unless an elf, a waitress, and a down on their luck family, can remind Santa and the Christmas Spirit just how much they mean to the world.

ABOUT THE DIRECTOR:
Diana is very excited to direct “Shutting Down Christmas” for the Box Factory and become more involved in the theater and arts community in St. Joseph and the surrounding area.  She looks forward to meeting you all Tuesday evening or at auditions on October 1st.
