DOWNTOWN ST. JOE COMES ALIVE WITH WEEKEND EVENTS, MARCH 6-7

On Friday, March 6, visitors can stroll through downtown St. Joseph and enjoy March Mannequins, sponsored by The Boulevard Inn & Bistro, Visit Southwest Michigan, Sturgis Bank, Full of Crepe and MidWest Family Marketing & Media. Windows will display community volunteers as they pose perfectly still, like mannequins. Watch storefronts of participating businesses come alive from 6:00p-7:30p. This year’s theme features Movies. 

Attendees can vote for their favorite windows at stjoetoday.com/vote. Voting will be open from 6:00p on Friday, March 6 to 11:59p on Sunday, March 8. The top three winners chosen by a panel of judges and the People’s Choice Winner will be announced on the St. Joe Today Facebook page on Monday, March 9.

Pick up a free bag of popcorn from the Old Fashioned Popcorn Wagon, which will be located outside of the St. Joe Today Welcome Center (301 State Street) during the event! Free popcorn provided by the Old Fashioned Popcorn Wagon and St. Joe Today. 

For additional weekend fun, head to the Union+Social Event Venue on Saturday, March 7, for St. Joe Today’s annual, indoor Spring Artisan Market. Held from 11:00a-4:00p, attendees will enjoy this indoor market featuring local artisans. Free and open to the public. For a list of participating vendors, visit stjoetoday.com/artisanfair.
