Flu vaccines are available for adults at drive-thru and walk-in clinics, with no appointment necessary.

Corewell HealthTM, in collaboration with Lakeland Care Network  (Lakeland Care), is offering influenza (flu) vaccines to adults 18 years and older at drive-thru and walk- in clinics throughout Southwest Michigan.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends a yearly flu vaccine for nearly everyone ages six months and older as the best protection from the serious illness. Appointments are not necessary to receive the vaccine. Patients can remain in their car at the drive-thru locations while the shot is administered. Nurses will administer the quadrivalent flu vaccine, which
offers protection against four different flu viruses. The high-dose quadrivalent flu vaccine will be available for those age 65 years and older.

Most health insurance programs cover the cost of the vaccine. Individuals should bring their insurance card with them. To pay at time of vaccination, the cost is $37 or $74 for the high-dose vaccine (cash or
check only; credit cards are not accepted). Individuals will not be turned away due to inability to pay.
