Competitive Edge has been named a 2026 Promotional Products Association International Pyramid Award winner. The Pyramid Awards are presented by PPAI to recognize impactful work in the promotional products industry, with an emphasis on collaboration with measurable results.
CE was honored with a Silver award in the Client Programs - Employee Incentive and Recognition Programs category. This category highlights programs developed through the client-distributor relationship that encourage and reward adherence to client goals and best practices. Nominees submit a comprehensive application with a supporting letter from the client to be eligible for this award.

The program was developed through conversations with stakeholders at every level of the client organization to identify past challenges and successes. Insights into how recipients preferred to be recognized and rewarded guided the program’s scalable structure and meaningful experience. The client organization saw a 54% increase in redemption rates through its collaboration with Competitive Edge.
