We’re excited to announce that Rachel Hill has joined Antero Group as our Director of Engineering. This is a key leadership role for the firm and reflects our continued investment in strengthening our technical capabilities.
Rachel brings more than a decade of experience working on civil infrastructure and environmental projects across the country. She has led teams through feasibility, permitting, and design for municipal infrastructure, renewable energy development, and utility and transportation projects. She has also supported industrial clients with regulatory compliance for facilities such as shipping and logistics operations, construction materials sites, and landfills. Her work in drainage and erosion design is grounded in constructability, helping reduce risk during construction and ensuring projects perform as intended. Her background in both civil engineering and law adds clarity and precision while navigating complex regulatory requirements.
Since joining, Rachel has already been instrumental in implementing improved company-wide workflows, mentoring team members, and strengthening the productivity and coordination of our engineering team.
