Attorney Bill Westerbeke combines his background as an accountant with a wide range of legal experience to provide his clients with a unique and practical perspective. His primary focus is to help clients avoid probate, protect their assets, make informed health and elder care decisions, and provide for the security of their loved ones with a well-crafted estate plan. He is a frequent speaker on a variety of estate planning topics and elder law. He regularly presents educational seminars to seniors for public and private groups in the Southwest and West Michigan areas. Westerbeke is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Life Care Planning Law Firm Association and Elder Counsel.
