Plenty is led by Chef Jen, a native of Houston, Texas, who grew up with a deep love of Southern cuisine. With 18 collective years of experience in the beer, wine, restaurant, and catering industries, she confidently takes your catering dreams and brings them to vitality.
With a domestic culinary career highlighted with junctions in New Orleans, Austin, and Chicago with accented sprinkles from stints abroad. The love for Global fusion food and the approach to cooking is reflected with Plenty. With the goal of communicating the realization and respect that food is essential to every culture.
