Functional Homes, Inc. is a construction company that specializes in making home safe and accessible for people who have a debilitating injury or illness or are aging. The occupational therapists, architects, and builders at Functional Homes, Inc. work closely with our clients, their families, case managers and medical teams to assist our clients in obtaining the products and services they require for full rehabilitation, recovery and ease of care. We conduct OT home accessibility evaluations throughout the state of Michigan to build and remodel homes to be barrier-free and as functional as possible.
