   Required:

• Highly Organized

• High Level Communication Skills

• Ability to direct high school age boys 

• Ability to maintain an atmosphere of fun and mutual respect

• Enthusiastic

• Student Centered

• Motivated

• Progressive

• Willingness to work with players during offseason

    Preferred:

• Past experience as a Soccer player or Soccer Coach

• Willingness to join MHSSCA
