Position Overview
Naturally You Aesthetics is seeking a medically focused Clinical Massage Therapist (LMT) with strong therapeutic skills and a passion for functional outcomes. This role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys working in a professional, collaborative setting and prioritizes reducing pain, improving mobility, and supporting whole-body wellness.
Responsibilities
● Provide customized, clinical therapeutic massage, including Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and Sports Massage
● Collaborate with the provider team to support integrated treatment plans and patient outcomes
● Conduct thorough patient assessments and track progress
● Educate clients on therapeutic goals and self-care recommendations
● Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
● Uphold high standards of professionalism, hygiene, ethics, and patient confidentiality
Qualifications
● Current and valid Michigan Massage Therapist License
● Minimum 1–2 years of clinical or therapeutic massage experience preferred
● Strong knowledge of soft-tissue techniques used for pain management and functional improvement
● Excellent communication skills with both clients and clinical team members
● Commitment to continuing education and professional development
