Naturally You Aesthetics is a premier medical spa dedicated to enhancing natural beauty through personalized, medically guided aesthetic and wellness treatments. Led by Nurse Practitioner Tatiyana Stankovic, our team provides safe, effective, and results-driven care in a supportive and client-centered environment.
Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed Aesthetician with a passion for skincare, client care, and professional growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience in aesthetics or spa services and a strong desire to continue learning in a medically supervised, high-standard
environment. Candidates with a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy certification are highly preferred.
Responsibilities
● Perform advanced facial treatments, Hydrafacials, chemical peels, and other skincare services
● Perform lash lift/tint and brow lamination services
● Educate clients on skincare routines and product recommendations
● Support injectable and laser services as needed
● Perform lab draws / phlebotomy as required
● Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming treatment environment
● Build lasting client relationships through excellent service and personalized care
Qualifications
● Licensed Aesthetician in the state of Michigan
● Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience preferred
● Strong communication and customer service skills
● Positive, team-oriented attitude and professional appearance
● Interest in continued education and medical aesthetics
