Promote and sell franchise services in Berrien County, MI., which results in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals.  Grow and develop commercial customer base by utilizing SalesForce to identify commercial prospects and manage relationships.  Attend, coordinate, and promote marketing, networking, and continuing education events. 

Manage Salesforce program. 

Create and maintain relationships with commercial contacts in verticals such as Schools, manufacturing, property managers, small-medium commercials.

 Maintain level 5 on SERVPRO website.

Disposition SERVPRO.com calls.

Manage reviews.

Manage relationships with insurance agents in Berrien County.

Purchase and distribute SERVPRO SWAG to contacts (flashlights, pens, phone stands, water tags, calendars, Fire/Water/Mold cards).  

Manage social media with third party.  Google, FB, Instagram, LinkedIn

Participate in Chamber of commerce events and networking groups.  SWM Regional Chamber, Harbor Country Chamber of Commerce, BBB group.

Manage community sponsorships and referral relationships with key COIs.

Manage Fire Program-leads, chase, fire safety equipment to Berrien County Fire Departments.

Necessary Experience and Skill Set

A minimum two years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience

Experience with sales and marketing within the service sector

Superb sales, customer service, administrative, and verbal and written communication skills

Strong business and financial background and process and results driven attitude

Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is desired

Working knowledge of current business software technologies is required

Formal Education or Training

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience
