We’re looking for an experienced Superintendent to join our team for a long-term career with room to grow.
The Role
The Superintendent leads our on-site crews and keeps projects on schedule and up to our standards. Reporting to the Owner and working closely with the Project Manager, you’ll:
- Oversee daily on-site construction to plans, specifications, and local codes
- Lead, train, and schedule crews, and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and deliveries
- Run quality inspections and resolve issues promptly
- Enforce site safety and hold safety meetings
- Keep daily logs and progress reports, and update the Project Manager
- Strap on a tool belt and lead by example when needed
- 10+ years of custom residential construction experience, including 3+ years supervising
- Strong craftsmanship, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to read plans and knowledge of local building codes and safety standards
- Punctual and detail-oriented, with a positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
