Technical & Administrative Responsibilities
  • Assist with estimating bids (identify size, type, and quantity of frames and glass)
  • Verify final field measurements (foremen complete measurements)
  • Create, review, and process shop drawings and cut sheets
  • Order materials and coordinate fabrication scheduling
  • Ensure paperwork flows smoothly and projects stay on schedule
Continuous Improvement
  • Participate in training and product education
  • Help improve internal systems and team efficiency
  • Contribute ideas that keep us competitive and innovative

What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of relevant experience (project management or construction preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (helpful but not required)
  • Team-oriented professional who understands that success is a group effort.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects without losing attention to detail
  • Values collaboration and understands the importance of cross-functional teamwork.
  • Clear communicator who can give and receive constructive feedback
