Do you have a small group that wants to check out a handful of Michigan wineries? Do you have limited time, but would still like the experience? Until now, you’d have to arrange a trip to each winery, and plan to spend most of a day. ‘Exploring Michigan Wines’ brings the ‘wine guy’ to you—and features wines from different Michigan vineyards and wineries.
 
A joint venture between ‘Local Pour’ of Sawyer, and ‘If Vines Could Talk’ of Baroda brings the new catered wine tasting experience to groups of 6 to 12 people at the home or business location of their choice.
 
Hosted by Michigan wine enthusiast Steve Salisbury of ‘If Vines Could Talk’, participants will be treated to a 60-to-90-minute tasting event and enjoy up to five wines. Steve’s presentation on each wine will include the history of the winery and specifics for that particular bottle.  It is the perfect addition to family functions, corporate business meetings, or any group gathering.
 
Custom packages are available.   Standard pricing varies depending on the type of wine and includes everything needed for a fun and educational wine tasting including handcrafted charcuterie. The sweet wine tasting package begins at $229, with the dry wine tasting package beginning at $329.
