Ribbon Cutting: The Melrose Aesthetic

The Southwest Michigan Regional Chamber invites you to celebrate the grand opening of The Melrose Aesthetic with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday, March 6th, at 12:30 PM (ceremony begins promptly at 12:45 PM).

Located in the heart of downtown St. Joseph, The Melrose Aesthetic is a boutique medical aesthetics practice founded by Erica and Dr. Ryan Kuhnlein. Erica, a nurse practitioner with over 16 years of medical experience, has dedicated half of her career to the craft of medical aesthetics. Her passion for a natural, holistic approach to beauty and confidence has made her a sought-after expert in the industry. As a national trainer and mentor, she takes pride in building lasting relationships with her patients and providing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to enhance natural beauty.

After gaining valuable experience at both a small practice in West Virginia and a large, well-established practice in South Carolina, Erica was inspired to return to her hometown of St. Joe to create something special—an intimate, welcoming space where clients feel empowered in their journey of positive aging. At The Melrose Aesthetic, the philosophy is simple: aging is a gift, not something to "anti-age" but to embrace, support, and celebrate.

Behind Erica stands her husband and business partner, Dr. Ryan Kuhnlein, serving as Medical Director and Co-Owner. Together, they have built The Melrose Aesthetic, named after their two young daughters—Melody + Rose = Melrose.
