Harbor Habitat for Humanity, in partnership with Renovare Development, invites you to join us for the official ribbon-cutting celebration of Phase 1 of Project T on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, at 10:30 a.m.

Phase 1 of Project T represents a significant investment in the future of Benton Harbor, transforming the former Mercy Hospital property into a vibrant new residential community. This first phase includes 28 new homes designed to expand homeownership opportunities, create new possibilities for residents, and strengthen our community.

The celebration will include special remarks from a state official as we recognize this exciting milestone and the continued investment in Benton Harbor.

The Southwest Michigan Regional Chamber is proud to join in celebrating this important community milestone!
