Ribbon Cutting: Great Lakes Wrestling and Training Center

Stop by starting at 12:00 PM for an open house showcasing the state-of-the-art 9,000 sq ft training facility, complete with three competition-size wrestling mats, a 900 sq ft weight and cardio training area, and more features designed to support athletes of all ages and levels. The official ribbon cutting ceremony will begin at 12:15 PM.

This exciting new facility is woman-owned and operated, rooted in community, inclusivity, and lifelong athletic growth. At the helm is Lisa Altman, founder and driving force behind Great Lakes Wrestling, whose passion for empowering athletes and building community has helped bring this vision to life. Lisa and her dedicated staff are committed to creating a welcoming, high-quality training environment where wrestlers and fitness enthusiasts can challenge themselves and grow.

Alongside Lisa, Director Jacob Halsey brings experience, enthusiasm, and a shared commitment to athlete development! They are ready to answer questions and share more about programming and membership opportunities.
