Arise Coaching & Athletics is a private personal training studio offering a fully service-based approach to fitness—no memberships required. Owner Becky Ray brings over 10 years of training experience to the studio, along with certifications as a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach, and Certified Pain-Free Performance Coach, plus specialty certifications in kettlebells and mobility (with a nutrition certification currently in progress).

The studio offers:

• Personal Training – one-on-one sessions tailored to individual goals
• Buddy Training – private sessions for two
• Semi-Private Group Training – small group classes of up to 8-10
