Reusing the former Rite Aid building transformed a vacant property into a productive community asset, reinforcing the shopping center and strengthening the local tax base. The project also brings meaningful economic impact, creating jobs during renovation and ongoing skilled retail positions that emphasize product knowledge and customer service expertise.
