Lake Michigan College: Women in Business: From Self-Judgment to Strategic Influence

In this half-day bootcamp led by leadership consultant and CliftonStrengths coach Kathleen Curtis Wolf, attendees will learn how to move past hesitation and into confident, strategic influence. Participants will learn to:

• Recognize the internal patterns and "perils of success" that dilute confidence and credibility
• Articulate their unique value and contributions with authenticity
• Communicate with presence and authority in high-stakes moments
• Use strengths-based influence strategies to advance their ideas and impact

Attendees will leave with a personalized Influence Action Plan and practical tools to turn self-judgment into strategic influence.
