Now in its 26th year, Lake Effect Jazz Big Band continues to be one of the premier big bands in the Midwest. Featuring classic standards as well as new big band compositions, Lake Effect Jazz BB performs the music of Stan Kenton, Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald, Count Basie, Pat Metheny and others.
Mark your calendar for their final, high-energy concert of the year on Saturday, Sept. 20, 7-9 p.m., at the Box Factory for the Arts. Tickets are $12 purchased in advance at ticketstripe.com/lakeeffect, or $15 at the door. Free admission for children 12 and under.
