Invitation to World Down Syndrome Day Event at Rising Kites

Join Us for a Special World Down Syndrome Day Celebration!

Come be a part of a heartwarming event as we celebrate World Down Syndrome Day with a focus on inclusion and community! Danielle Grandholm, owner of Rising Kites, will  be reading a book about inclusion to a group of 1st graders from Bridgman Elementary, and we’re thrilled to have students from Blossomland Learning Center, who volunteer at Rising Kites, joining us for this special occasion.

This event is an opportunity to highlight the importance of embracing differences, fostering inclusion, and celebrating the incredible contributions of individuals with Down syndrome.
