The band Hickory Creek Revival is made up of four siblings who grew up playing folk and bluegrass music in St. Joseph, Mich., back in the ’70s. Now the Willeys are returning to their hometown for a concert on Friday, November 8, beginning at 7:30 p.m. at the Box Factory for the Arts. The Willeys began playing music together as teens under the name Hickory Creek. Although they have since dispersed throughout Michigan and followed different musical paths, the four continue to perform together and have revived the band as, fittingly, Hickory Creek Revival. Band members are Andy Willey on guitar, Rick on fiddle and mandolin, Bob on banjo and harmonica, and Rose Willey joining her brothers on vocals.
