Join the Southwest Michigan Regional Chamber as we celebrate the groundbreaking of Project T, a transformative community development led by Harbor Habitat for Humanity and Renovare Development. This visionary project will create a self-sustaining neighborhood designed to lift families into financial independence, featuring a mix of housing options, commercial space, and childcare, rolled out over three phases.

Project T is made possible through a collaboration of public and private partners, including Whirlpool Corporation, MSHDA, The Michigan Growth Office, and the City of Benton Harbor. The project blends sustainable design, specialty financing, and community engagement to help families build equity, stability, and generational wealth.
