Work smarter in a small group class that focuses on areas of fitness for the active aging adult to include:
Opportunities to strengthen muscles
Effective and safe cardiovascular training
Flexibility training, agility and
mobility focus as well as
Proprioception (being able to know and control where one’s body is in space. ie -Looking up when walking .
improvement and functional agility.

You’re an active adult who’s interested in being healthy. You may be working out at the gym but you're never sure what to do. You’ve participated in racket sports, cycling and your goal is to walk most days. Sometimes after playing too hard you experience soreness and fatigue. In the mornings you feel stiff. It takes a little time to get moving smoothly. Maybe you’re an inactive adult interested in living a healthy life. You’ve worked hard in your career, spent days and weeks and years busy with family and business priorities-all of which has left you tired. You crave a better way to do life. You’re looking for ways to be healthier and happier.
You have friends that you like to get together with and you know the connection with others makes you happier.
You’re interested in options for a healthy fitness routine but you don’t want to feel out of place in an atmosphere where you’re invisible and unable to keep pace with the others.
You’re looking for a sustainable healthy lifestyle that's fun and feels good. You like your coffee hot….You know a few things and you’re not dead yet so you’re ready to be stronger every year! FAF!
Currently class times are 8:15-9:15 Tuesday and Thursday. I plan to evolve the program to 5 days a week.
