Beach Yoga
Come join us Sunday morning for Beach Yoga! A vinyasa-inspired flow, focusing on shoulder & hip mobility and strengthening, lead by a certified yoga instructor! Come ready to enjoy the sights, help your body recover, and set your morning off to a good start!
Feel free to bring a yoga mat (or beach towel), water bottle, & sunscreen. Limited mats & yoga blocks will be provided for those who may need them.
