DESCRIPTION:Exciting news from the Berrien Talent Collaborative (BTC)\, a joint partnership between Lake Michigan College\, Berrien RESA\, Southwest Michigan Regional Chamber and the Great Niles Chamber of Commerce. \n\n\n\nIn July\, the BTC was awarded $500\,000 from the State of Michigan to help in the creation of apprenticeship programs aimed at connecting businesses with students\, utilizing the Bertrand Innovation Center (formerly LMC's Bertrand Campus) and creating opportunities to keep our next generation of talent here. \n\n\n\nThis special event will include a formal check presentation from Representative Joey Andrews office\, and an official press conference with the Representative and stakeholders addressing and supporting the evolving workforce needs in Southwest Michigan.\n\n\n\nPlease plan to join us for the monumental celebration for Southwest Michigan!
