Classes are held from 6:00- 8:00 pm at Lakeland Center for Outpatient Services Marie Yeager Cancer Center in the Ward/Kinney Rooms at 3900 Hollywood Road\, St. Joseph. Recommended to be taken in the third trimester of pregnancy. The series is encouraged for first time parents or a refresher series. Please bring a bed pillow and blanket to class along with your own drink/snack for classes. Fee for the series is $50. We accept Cash\, Check\, Visa\, MasterCard\, or Discover.
