Ribbon Cutting Celebration to be held on October 14th

Bridgman, Michigan – Southwest Michigan’s first female owned winery is expanding again, this time inside their Bridgman Tasting Room. After opening their first winery location in downtown St. Joseph in 2015, cousins and co-owners, Melanie Owen and Lauren Kniebes expanded their footprint into Bridgman in 2017.
Since opening the Bridgman location, the pair became increasingly aware of an opportunity to transform an otherwise unused space into something special. Paired with the increase in popularity of their joint workshops with fellow small business owners, in early 2020 they renovated and created a private event area they’ve dubbed the Speakeasy Room. The Speakeasy Room not only allows for additional seating for tasting room patrons, but also provides a dedicated area for workshops, private parties, and special occasions. Bookings for the Speakeasy Room are currently being taken for Sunday through Friday year-round.
The public is invited to see the space first hand during the official ribbon cutting celebration hosted by the Southwest Michigan Regional Chamber on Thursday, October 14th at 5:00 pm.
You can find additional details including current hours and a virtual tour at their website: Additional information about both locations can be found by calling 269-363-6218 for St. Joseph or 269-759-8486 for Bridgman.
