About Us

Are you looking for a new fitness studio to try a group fitness class? How about a fitness studio that offers a 24 hour gym and a wellness center

Located in the heart of downtown Bridgman in Southwest Michigan., Lake Side Fit started in 2019 offering group fitness classes and since then we have been bring people together within the community and new friendships. We decided to expand in February 2020 by building a new studio and convert our old studio into a 24 gym offering cardio equipment, free weights, circuit machines, smith machine/squat rack, and more. Update we have moved to a new location and now offer massage therapy, red light therapy, full spectrum Infrared sauna, and tanning.
